A gem. Renovated with a lot of love

The visit to this Dar touched me, especially to see how much taste and eye for detail the owner has renovated and furnished the house.

The house was bought in 2010. The works started in 2013 and were renovated for 4 years. The house is currently used for receiving guests.

There are a few special features of the house, including a pond in the patio, modernized kitchen and bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view. In addition, all old authentic elements were preserved or reused as much as possible in the renovation. Just think of the floors, the doors, the ironwork.

The owner had the topographical plan drawn up, also has an architectural plan, and took the first steps to obtain the operating permit.

The house is located in RCIF close to the parking and close to the main street.

In the house you will find 2 large rooms with high ceilings, each decorated in its own way, each with an adjacent bathroom.

In addition, there are 2 smaller rooms (currently with large single beds), each with a sink. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor that can be used by guests.

In the patio you can see the authentic fountain that is now linked to a small pond behind the fountain. During the renovation, the old mosaic stones were preserved as much as possible.

All the woodwork in the house is well maintained. All accessories were creatively developed by owner. Just think of lamps and curtains. The decoration was chosen with great taste.

The terrace offers an extra charm to the house. There is extra greenery and a very spacious covered terrace with a view of the medina. The owner gave his own touch to the terrace.

The patio is covered with a roof, one part of which consists of glass and one part of which has a sun and rain protective cloth. This can be opened with ease!
