Fully equiped and renovated guest house

This house has a special story. Originally intended as a music museum, it was repurposed over time to become a starred guesthouse. The house has been fully renovated to meet all the standards required for a guesthouse to be officially recognized.

The owners invested considerable energy in renovating the house. This includes completely new tiling with zellige, marble, and natural stone. In addition, the electrical and plumbing systems were completely renovated to meet modern standards.

The ceilings and woodwork were completely redecorated, and the walls were clad with exquisite traditional plasterwork.

The house boasts numerous extras that enhance its comfort. These include intercoms, fountains, a built-in music system, security cameras, a two-level terrace, a service elevator in the kitchen, a spacious terrace kitchen with plenty of utensils, a pizza oven on the terrace, and water heaters with Wi-Fi.

This makes life in the riad simple and comfortable. There are also three kitchens: a reception kitchen, a small kitchen on the first floor, and a large kitchen on the terrace.

The terrace is very well protected from the sun with a retractable awning and a fully covered terrace above.

Future guests will spend time in an authentic setting with many authentic traditional decorations. Think embroidered bedspreads, old kaftans, old musical instruments, old lamps, and copperware. There are four bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom!

On the first floor, you have a spacious balcony overlooking the patio. From the balcony, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the house.

The terrace itself offers a panoramic view of the Medina. Everyone can find their own comfortable corner there.
