The apartment is located on Hassan Ier Avenue in a well-maintained old building of four floors with an elevator and underground parking.
It overlooks the back of the building, which ensures a lot of tranquility, while benefiting from very generous sunlight along the entire length of the apartment. From the balconies, you can see in the distance the ocean as well as the Kasbah of Agadir Oufella.
Immediately nearby, there are many shops and services useful for daily life. These include a market for fish and vegetables, many cafes and restaurants, doctors and laboratories, Maroc Telecom, and various administrations, pharmacies, optical and electrical appliance stores, shopping centers, post offices, and many shops.
The Grand Souk of Agadir is also within walking distance via a pleasant promenade.

The exact dates of the beginning and end of the stay remain voluntarily flexible and can be agreed upon quietly with the tenants according to the owners' travel arrangements.
This is a residence inhabited year-round by the owners, well maintained and fully equipped, and not an apartment intended for tourist rental.
Two small terraces closed by verandas allow you to enjoy the outdoors while being sheltered. An electric barbecue also allows you to cook comfortably.
Tenants can also enjoy the large terrace located on the roof of the building.
This terrace constitutes a common area of the building, but it has been entirely arranged, financed, and maintained by the owner into a lovely green relaxation space. Over time it has become a real little hanging garden where it is very pleasant to rest, read, share a meal, or simply enjoy the sun of Agadir.
The terrace includes several resting areas with sun loungers and benches, a large garden table with its chairs, a hanging swing, many plants, and a covered area for protection from the sun. An outdoor kitchen area has also been arranged on the terrace with a sink powered by running water.
The terrace is rarely frequented by other co-owners, making it a particularly calm and pleasant place.
During the owners' absence, a gardening company will intervene two to three times a week for maintenance and watering of the plants so that the terrace retains all its beauty during your stay.

Air conditioning equips the master bedroom, the large bedroom, and the kitchen.
For winter evenings, the apartment has mobile gas heaters as well as electric heaters in each room.
A car is also available for tenants.
This is the owners' car, a Kia Sportage automatic purchased in February 2020 with only 18,000 kilometers, in perfect condition inside and bodywork.
To simplify and reassure the stay, a gracious welcome at Agadir airport can be arranged if needed.
Tenants can be welcomed upon arrival and driven upon departure by Hassan and Larsen with the Kia Sportage.
Hassan knows the car perfectly and can help if necessary.
Lahcen, a longtime friend and plumber by trade, can intervene in case of difficulty and help to navigate the city.
Other friends can also help as needed, including Mustapha for television installations and another Mustapha for computer-related questions regarding computer, smartphone, or printer.
Water and electricity are included in the rental for normal use.
For reference, the consumption of electricity and water generally represents around 400 to 700 dirhams per month in winter and around 200 to 300 dirhams in summer.
As the apartment is currently the dwelling of the owners, it will be rented to serious, careful, and respectful holidaymakers wishing to spend a peaceful stay in Agadir and perhaps return next year with the same happiness.
The rent is 1,800 euros per month including the fully furnished apartment, the Kia Sportage car, water and electricity, high-speed fiber optic internet, international television with Netflix and YouTube, as well as local assistance if needed.
