I am renting my apartment, located at the level of "Californie gate", an excellent location, close to the tram, the Oasis train station, Boulevard Abdelmoumen, and the highway exit. Close to all amenities, Carrefour, Marjane Market, neighborhood market, gym. Sunny apartment all day. On the 3rd floor of a building with 2 elevators and a place in an open parking in a secure residence 24/24.
