Our duplex, located on the 6th floor with an elevator, is a true cocoon that is both spacious and functional. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The layout on two levels allows separating living and sleeping spaces for more privacy.

* Living room: comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, mood lighting, direct access to the first terrace.

* Dining room: table for 4 people, adjacent to the living room.

* Equipped kitchen:
Hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, complete kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes for 4 people.

* Reversible television:
Mounted on a bookshelf, it pivots between the living room and the dining room. Watch it from the sofa or turn it towards the table during meals.

* First terrace (by the living room):
Table and chairs, ideal for breakfast in the sun or an outdoor drink.

* Bathroom:
Separate WC for guests.

* Closed bedroom:
Double bed 180x200, pillows and quilt provided, wardrobe.
Television in the bedroom (ideal for relaxing before going to sleep).

* Extra bed:
single rollaway bed. Extra bed for 1 person, ideal for an additional child or adult.

* Second terrace (private, by the bedroom):
More intimate, with two lounge chairs.

Italian shower, sink, storage.
