For added security, all corners and edges of the apartment are protected by aluminum strips to prevent bumps.

The apartment will be offered for rent as it appears in the photos.
However, upon request and at my expense, it is possible to adapt the furniture according to the wishes and needs of the tenant. Some furniture can be added or removed.
The floor is currently covered with PVC flooring that imitates parquet. Under this covering is the original tiling, like that present in the bedrooms and the kitchen. The PVC covering can also be removed upon request from the tenant and at my expense.
Rent is 7,000 DH per month.
This amount also includes the monthly fees of the syndicate as well as the fees related to the contract.
