The apartment consists of

*A very well-equipped American kitchen (oven, high cooking plate, fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher...)

*One parking space
The apartment is secured with cameras and 24-hour concierge service, on the 4th floor with an elevator.

6800/month 200 management fee

Rental conditions: 2 months deposit and one month in advance
