Artist's Palace of 4.7ha on the road to Amizmiz

The Palace is a unique artist's house, designed and inhabited by a renowned artist, in Tamesloht, about 21 km south of Marrakech, in the heart of the Moroccan countryside.
The estate is located about 10 km from the Lalla Takerkoust dam and has water autonomy thanks to two manually dug wells/springs, about 80 to 85 m deep, as well as a water tank and underground galleries.
Designed by the artist himself in a typical Beldi style of the Moroccan countryside, the Palace extends over a plot of 4.7 ha with a built area of about 2,617 m² (floor area rounded to 3,200 m²), including the main house (1,300 m², 11 domes), the artist's studio, the sewing workshop and 4 bungalows.
