The accommodation benefits from a very large natural space surrounding it, including a century-old argan tree and horses on the land, providing a unique living environment imbued with calm and tranquility.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The main accommodation is bright and comfortable, combining the sleeping area, a small living room, and the kitchen in one large room.

The sleeping area features a particularly comfortable queen-size bed. A convertible sofa also provides additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large cooking range with 5 burners and an oven, a refrigerator, and everything necessary for cooking.

The independent bathroom includes a shower with hot water, a toilet, a sink unit, and storage.

The living area opens onto a large east-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun from the morning.

The accommodation also has Wi-Fi, allowing for remote work on site.


A SECOND LIVING ROOM AND BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR SPACE

Attached is a second warm and bright living room, with wooden floors and wooden ceiling, large bay windows opening to the outside, and a small indoor fireplace, particularly pleasant during cooler evenings.

The living room opens onto a shaded terrace, covered with a wooden pergola and furnished with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs.

It constitutes a beautiful additional living space, perfect for dining, reading, working, or simply enjoying the calm and nature.

Outside, there is also a large stone fireplace, around which it is possible to have a fire in the evening and enjoy nights outdoors.

The property offers magnificent starry skies and, at certain times, spectacular moonrises.


AN INDEPENDENT ROOM IF NEEDED

An independent room, located in a separate part of the main accommodation, can be added to the rental.

It can be ideal for accommodating family or friends, having additional space, or simply benefiting from a separate room.

It is offered at a rate of 250 euros/month.


PETS WELCOME - POSSIBILITY OF BOARDING FOR YOUR HORSE

Dogs, cats, and horses are welcome at L’Écoranch.

For horse riders, it is possible to accommodate a horse on the property.

The surroundings also offer a very nice environment for horseback riding, including the long wild beaches of Sidi Kaouki.

Rent and charges

Rent: 650 per month, from October to March.

Water not included: L’Écoranch is supplied by tanker truck. As a guideline, a supply of 10 m³ costs about 400 DH, or a little less than 40.

SIDI KAOUKI & ESSAOUIRA: between ocean, nature, and a sweet way of life

Just 1 km from L’Écoranch, Sidi Kaouki is a small coastal village known for its long wild beach and particularly relaxed atmosphere. You can find a few cafes and restaurants, small shops, as well as surf and kitesurf schools. It’s a simple and lively place, where people come to enjoy the ocean, have coffee facing the sea, walk on the beach, or simply appreciate the tranquil rhythm of the village.

About 25 minutes by car, Essaouira enchants with its relaxed vibe, medina, port, and large beach, renowned for water sports. The town also offers all the necessary amenities for daily life, with many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets like Carrefour Market.
