Project Ecolodge Tahanaout 2.5 hectares

Vaneau Maroc offers for sale in the municipality of Tameslohte, near Marrakech, this tourist ecolodge which extends over an area of 2.5 hectares and offers 20 accommodations, designed in contemporary and ecological architecture favoring the use of sustainable materials.

The estate will be complemented by a restaurant, a dedicated wellness space, and a swimming pool, thus offering a complete experience in the heart of a preserved natural environment.

Thought around the principles of responsible and sustainable tourism, the project places a central importance on environmental preservation and local development. A permaculture garden will notably produce some of the fruits and vegetables intended for the restaurant, according to a mode of organic cultivation respecting natural resources.

The estate will also integrate a phytodepuration system, allowing for the natural treatment of wastewater thanks to plants, as well as various solutions based on renewable energies, in order to limit its environmental footprint.

Beyond its ecological dimension, this project fully fits into an economic and social development approach for the region, favoring the employment of a predominantly local workforce. It should thus contribute to the creation of about 50 direct and indirect jobs.
