Purchase of land on Safi Road. Area of 10700 m²

Two land titles facing each other on the coastal road, totaling more than ten thousand square meters: this set does not often present itself in Moulay Bouzerktoun. Windsurfers have established the village's reputation, where the trade winds blow almost all year round and create a regular swell on the rocky point. Less than a kilometer from the plots, the Bab Errih hotel occupies the seafront of Tissa: the first hotel operators have already settled on this stretch of coast. Essaouira lies twenty-five minutes to the south by the road that runs along the ocean, and the same road leads to Safi in the other direction. This same road separates the two titles. Between Essaouira and Safi, two titles of this size on a paved road, close to the beach, rarely return to the market.
