Studio for shared accommodation

I am looking for a person to share a studio located in a neighborhood 15 minutes on foot from downtown Rabat (Bab Had). The studio is furnished and in good condition and available immediately with a balcony and equipped kitchen.
The offer for sharing is exclusively aimed at someone who is looking, among other things, for a pied-à-terre and not someone who intends to live in the studio permanently.
