Depuis 2007, Alliances Darna porte les activités de promotion du Groupe Alliances dédiées au logement social et intermédiaire. Aujourd’hui une vingtaine programmes sont en cours de construction ou totalement achevés et livrés, permettant ainsi une large couverture du territoire national : Casablanca (10 projets), M’diq, Fnideq, Tanger, Kénitra, Fès, Marrakech, Ain Aouda et Sidi Allal el Behraoui. Chaque projet comprend un ensemble d’équipements de proximité (écoles, crèches, four-hammam, mosquée, terrains de sport...) favorisant ainsi le développement économique et social de la zone d’implantation du programme.
