You choose. We sign directly at the notary in Agadir, with immediate delivery of the individual land title in your name. Payment is made in one go at signing, unless you go through a bank loan - in which case we assist you with the file.

Scenario 2 - You want to customize and spread the payment (program under construction)

This concerns Dalia programs 7 to 10. The procedure is done in steps:

1. Choose your apartment (floor, size, layout).
2. Sign an official reservation contract and pay the deposit (30% of the price).
3. Customize your apartment with our team (tiling, painting, kitchen, ceilings, outlets).
4. Staggered payments according to the progress of the site.
5. At delivery, sign the final deed at the notary (Me Nadia Essadki) and hand over the individual land title.
