Rare. Authentic riad from the late 18th century in excellent condition

This riad was selected by Quentin Wilbaux and his team in the late
1990s for its classic traditional architecture, its
proportions and original architectural details (forged iron,
khokha doors, cedar gallery, chiselled plasters and their natural
pigments, arches and brick columns, etc). It has been
featured in several publications for these remarkable
characteristics.

It was able to regain its original state during the first major
renovation in the early 2000s. It is also the time when its
owners brought in modern comfort (review of the
structural work, creation of bathrooms, electricity and plumbing
up to standards). In 2015, its new owner made a major
refreshment. It has since been regularly maintained, and
luckily, over time it has been preserved in its beautiful
original architectural qualities.

Located in the heart of the historic Medina, it offers an
immediate proximity to main cultural sites
(Medersa ben Youssef, Qubba, Spice Square notably) and many
restaurants and concept stores considered to be "must
do" in the Medina (Slimana restaurant, the concept store
