Work controlled and certified by the SOCOTEC Control Office including all air conditioning, plumbing and electrical installations.
Insulation and waterproofing ensured by a thick layer of polyurethane on all roofs.
Double outer walls insulated between each skin with a thick layer of polyurethane.
Double glazing on all windows or patio doors.
Completely reversible air conditioning (hot and cold) for all rooms through concealed fan-coils connected to heat pumps.
Central floor heating in all rooms. This system is also reversible and can therefore cool through the floor. The coils have not finished being installed for the Palace but the material is on site.
Electric roller shutters on all windows and patio doors with centralized control at the exit of the Palace. The shutters are not installed in the Palace.
Mosquito nets on all external openings in the Palace.
Backup generator.
Buried tank for gas.
Smoke detector system.
Sprinkler system (water-based) activated automatically in case of a fire outbreak.
The water supply for sprinklers comes from the outdoor pool. Consequently, it has been envisaged that the pool can be quickly emptied. For this purpose, "drainage trenches" have been built underground. It allows draining and refilling the pool quickly to restore the water supply in minimal time.
External security system by camera surveillance installed for the Palace.
Recovery and treatment by a mini individual wastewater treatment plant for all sewage and wastewater. All this water, as well as rainwater, is then collected to be recycled for garden irrigation.
Solar panels for providing hot water.
Heated indoor and outdoor pools (independently).
Indoor swimming pool with a transparent roof that opens electrically with remote control.
Reservations and cabling performed for electric shutters for pool cover and drowning protection for the outdoor pool. These also serve to retain heat in the water. For the same reasons, the swimming pool basin has been insulated with polyurethane.
Automatic garden irrigation.
Power supply points provided in the garden for lighting.
A panoramic elevator serves each floor of the palace except for the last one.
